7-Eleven Pre-Order Service Terms and Conditions


1.    This pre-order service (“Pre-order Service”) is offered subject to the E-Comm Service Terms and Conditions (save and except sections 4, 7.3, 7.4, 7.5 and 12 therein) which are incorporated by reference, and the following terms and conditions (collectively, “Pre-order T&Cs”).  Unless otherwise defined herein, all capitalized terms shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in the E-Comm Service Terms and Conditions.


2.    By accessing the Pre-order Service, the Customer agrees to be bound by the Pre-order T&Cs, and Privacy Policy. If you intend to use this Pre-order Service or simply want to browse using this Pre-order Service, please read these Pre-order T&Cs carefully before using this Pre-order Service. By using this Pre-order Service or any part of it, you agree that you have read these Pre-order T&Cs and that you accept and agree to be bound by them.

 

3.    The availability of the Pre-order Service is subject to the production schedule of third-party Sellers (“Sellers”). The Customer will be notified by us via SMS when the Customer’s pre-ordered product is available for collection.


4.    The Customer shall collect the pre-ordered product during business hours at the  selected store within the pick-up period designated on the 7-Eleven Website. 


5.    When the Customer picks up the pre-ordered product at the selected store, we shall require the Customer to present the redemption QR code pertaining to the order. To safeguard the Customer’s interests and for security purposes, if the person requesting to collect the order fails to present a corresponding redemption QR code or otherwise fails to show that he/she is the Customer or the Customer’s authorised representative, we may refuse collection of the product by such person.

 

6.    Once the pre-order is confirmed, the selected store for collection cannot be changed.

 

7.    Where physical prepayment is made at a 7-Eleven store, the Customer shall collect the pre-ordered product at the same store. 

 

8.    The redemption QR code for collection of pre-ordered product shall expire after the designated pick-up period communicated to the Customer via SMS or 7-Eleven Website.

 

9.    If the Customer’s selected store is closed due to adverse weather conditions such as when the typhoon signal No. 8 or the black rainstorm signal is hoisted, or when store operation is considered by the Seller, or by DFI as the agent on behalf of the Sellers, to be unsafe due to other weather conditions, the Customer may pick up the product at the same store on the next day when the store is opened.


10.   Pre-order products are sold subject to availability.


11.   Once Customer’s payment is confirmed, no cancellation, refund or exchange will be provided for any pre-ordered products. 


12.   All products featured in this Pre-order Service are goods sold by third-party Sellers. We are not responsible for the products' specifications, quality, warranties, or any other representations. Customers shall contact the Sellers directly for any product-related issues or inquiries. By placing any pre-order on the 7-Eleven Website, Customer agrees that we may transfer Customer’s personal data to Sellers to facilitate the processing of Customer’s Order. 

 

13.   We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising in connection with the Customer’s pre-order.

 

14.    All expected pick-up dates and times are estimates only. We shall not be liable for any consequential loss or damage incurred or suffered by the Customer as a result of any delay.
